Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We ship our orders through USPS, UPS, and DHL. Estimated shipping time is normally 5 - 8 days. Please note that these estimates are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping: Shipping is $15  for orders under $99.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons, we will attempt to contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, a refund may be issued for the order amount minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking:

You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

Holiday Shipping:

During peak holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays due to increased demand. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
